(e) Higher education certificates. (6 copies)

(f) Punjab domicile certificate.

(g) SC/ST/B.C. certificate where applicable.

(h) Extra curriculum activities certificate ( Arts, Games, Music etc.)

(i) Recommendation letter from two respectable and well known persons of the area ( candidate should not be related to them)to which candidate belongs certifuing that candidate is well known to them and that they take full responsibility for the behaviour and conduct of the candidate during training period.

(j)Two self addressed stamped enveolpes.
